Dusty McDougall - Registered Dental Hygienist

Hi! My name is Dusty McDougall and I am a Registered Dental Hygienist.  I have been in the dental field for 19 years -- that is a lot of teeth!
 
I started my career as a Dental Assistant in Edmonton and then took my training in London, England 13 years ago to become a Dental Hygienist.
 
I am very excited about the recent advantage of being an Independent Dental Hygienist -- this allows my creativity to soar!  Being a Dental Hygienist in a relaxing spa environment is one way to capture a very unique, customized and refreshing approach to your dental hygiene visits.  It is exciting to know that you can have a massage, sauna and dental cleaning all in one place.  You couldn't ask for anything more revitalizing!
 
I take great pride in forming a trusting friendship with all my patients and strictly ensure that each patient feels comfortable and safe.  I want you to be able to ask questions and gain knowledge about your dental health and I promise to work with you to help you attain optimum oral health.

Aylsia Ackerman - Registered Esthetician

Ginielle Joie Facularin - Registered Massage Therapist

Ginielle Joie Facularin, known as Jing to her friends, is a young vibrant RMT (Registered Massage Therapist) looking to be known as the best RMT in Central Alberta. Born in the Philippines, she is remembered by her friends and family as the little girl with the warm and healing hands. There was no surprise that she went on to study Massage Therapy after graduating from high school. She continued her education in Red Deer after immigrating to Canada. Jing adopts her style to each individual event using different parts of her body including elbows to get the desired results. As a bonus, Jing is also well versed in Hot Stone Massage Therapy. Jing is a recent graduate of Alberta Institute of Massage, logging over 1000 hours of training. She is enthusiastic to showcase her skills for Soothing Smiles and is looking forward to a long and prosperous career.


Donna Pohl - Registered Reiki Therapist

Hi, my name is Donna Pohl. I am a Registered Reiki Therapist and am a graduate of the Certified Reiki Master/Teacher Program offered at the Healing Centre in Red Deer. I am also a member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals. Reiki is used for healing all types of conditions and ailments. Many of my clients have experienced accelerated healing when combining Reiki with traditional or alternative medicine. I have treated clients with a variety of symptoms, including: anxiety; stress; inflammation; pain; stroke and fatigue, etc. In addition, I have also treated individuals who have been diagnosed with autoimmune diseases, such as: Multiple Sclerosis and Rheumatoid Arthritis.
