Tooth Jewelery

Our Tooth Jewels are glass crystals, 18ct white gold or 22 ct yellow gold jewels, designed specifically for dental use, with a special coating on their back. The coating and the facet cut of the crystals reflect the light to make them sparkle like a diamond.

Unlike earlier methods, which involved drilling and setting the jewel into the tooth, a little bit of dental composite will attach the jewels onto the teeth with no harm.

Permanent Tooth Jewels can last up to one year or longer!

Temporary Tooth Jewels can last up to 4 weeks or longer but are intended to last only a short time.

The attachment is quick and simple, with just one short appointment. For Permanent Jewels, the tiny spot where the jewel is placed will be etched to make it rough. Some bonding liquid & a drop of dental composite, which is hardened with a curing lamp, mount the jewel onto the surface of your tooth. The enamel is not harmed during the procedure.

Permanent Tooth Jewels will stay on the teeth for about six months up to one year or even longer, depending on your tooth structure & the attachment procedure.

If you don't want to wait until the jewel comes off, or wish to have a different color or shape of jewel attached, you can have them removed quickly next time you come to the office for a cleaning or see your dentist.
